With two & a half years experience Rob is relatively new to the fitness industry. Previous to this he trained himself for 5 years & this is what led him into a profession in the fitness industry. Rob saw & felt the positive changes exercise made to him & wanted to help other people feel similar benefits.

All through childhood Rob struggled with his weight so can empathise with others who are in the same predicament. Rob feels greatly rewarded when he can help others on a path to a healthier lifestyle.

He is constantly researching & experimenting with new theories in nutrition & training & tries them out on himself before incorporating them into his
client’s programmes.
Rob is very focused & has a genuine interest in improving peoples health & fitness & recently undertook GP Referral training to further his knowledge in this area.
