Mark qualified in 2004 as a Sports Massage Therapist & since then has
been working with numerous types of muscular injuries. In 2007 he was asked to work with some of the first team international cricketers at the
Essex County Ground.
Whilst doing this Mark realised that he needed to take care of his own
posture, so in 2007 he qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher & now teaches Pilates on a one to one basis & also holds small group classes at Unique Results. Mark discovered that Pilates was a wonderful way to strengthen up the bodies muscles without bulking. Its also realigns posture
& enables the body to become leaner, longer & healthier.
Pilates really is for everyone. Whether you're a first timer or
