Daniel has trained Muay Thai in Sweden & Spain & has also
had the privilege of travelling to Thailand each year to train
at the WMC Camp in Koh Samui. Daniel moved to England
in 2005 & began training with Grand Master Sken.
Training sessions are designed to meet clients individual
needs whatever their training intentions - self defence,
competition or simply to become physically fit.
There is also the opportunity for those who wish to Grade
& Compete in Muay Thai Boxing.
Master Sken’s Muay Thai System is taught for the mind & body & is great for health, fitness & self defence.
The aerobic style of training makes the body stronger & more flexible improving cardiovascular fitness, confidence & self awareness.
Training Description
A typical training session consists of an aerobic warm-up encorporating basic exercises & stretching.
The session then moves on to basic Muay Thai
techniques using various training methods such as
pad work, kick bag, partner drills etc. The session concludes with a warm-down & stretching.
After getting a basic understanding of the various techniques clients will then be able to progress on to the more senior levels of training which will further increase stamina & endurance. These will include more advanced techniques & training systems.
